Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 5, 2026
These terms govern the use of the capveraqm.com website. By browsing the site, you accept these conditions. If you do not agree with any part, we invite you not to continue using the site.
1. Nature of the service
Capveraqm is an independent editorial space that publishes information about the Bolivian real estate sector: housing, properties, residential areas and urban spaces. It is not an investment platform, it does not sell real estate and it does not offer financial products of any kind. The content is exclusively informational and educational in nature.
2. Permitted use
You may read, print for personal use and share links to the content, provided the source is cited. It is not permitted to systematically copy the content, incorporate it into commercial products, or use it to feed automated scraping systems or models trained for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
3. Notice regarding financial information
When the site mentions concepts such as crowdlending, rates, timelines or risks, it does so for educational purposes. Reading it does not replace professional advice from a duly authorised financial, legal or real estate adviser. No publication on the site constitutes an offer, recommendation or inducement to contract financial products.
4. Contact form
The form allows you to send enquiries related to the real estate sector. It must not be used to: send unlawful, defamatory or unsolicited advertising content, or third-party sensitive data. We reserve the right not to reply to enquiries that fail to comply with these conditions.
5. Intellectual property
The original texts, visual identity, logos and editorial selection belong to Capveraqm Editorial S.R.L. Third-party images are used under licences that permit their publication (for example, Unsplash licences) and belong to their respective authors.
6. External links
The site may include links to external resources for documentary purposes. Capveraqm does not control the content or availability of those sites and is not responsible for their accuracy, security or privacy policies.
7. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to publish accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of the content, uninterrupted availability of the site, or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by Bolivian law, Capveraqm is not liable for decisions made by the reader based solely on the site’s content.
8. Amendments
We may amend these terms to adapt them to regulatory or editorial changes. The current version is published on this page; continued use of the site after the changes are published implies their acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, unless a mandatory rule requires another forum.
