Concept

What is real estate crowdlending?

Real estate crowdlending is a collective way of taking part in projects linked to housing, offices or commercial spaces. Several people contribute funds that finance —through loans— the construction, improvement or acquisition of a property; in exchange, they receive the repayment of the capital together with previously agreed interest, according to the conditions of the project.

Unlike directly buying a property, here you don't own the bricks but a right to be repaid. That is why it is essential to understand the project, the developer, the timelines and the risks before making any decision. Our content explains these elements calmly, so that reading is useful even for those who are just approaching the topic.

Informational content about properties, neighbourhoods and the residential environment. It does not constitute financial advice.
