Processing is carried out in accordance with the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia (Article 21, paragraph 2 on privacy), Law No. 164 (General Law on Telecommunications and ICT), and the provisions on personal data protection in force in 2026. Where processing extends to residents of the European Union, we also apply the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

a) Data you voluntarily provide when writing to us through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

b) Technical data collected automatically only if you have granted consent: truncated IP address, session identifier, device type, browser, pages visited and approximate time spent in each section.

c) Cookie preferences stored locally on your device under the key “capveraqm.consent.v1”.

We use data to: (i) reply to your enquiry, (ii) measure aggregated interest in the published content, (iii) improve the editorial quality and the accessibility of the site, (iv) comply with legal obligations where applicable.

The legal basis is your explicit consent (for analytics and advertising), our legitimate interest (for site security and correct operation), and the pre-contractual relationship when you send us an enquiry.

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Aggregated analytics data are kept for up to 26 months. Cookie preferences are retained until you revoke them or clear your browser’s local storage.

We do not sell or transfer personal data. We only work with processors acting on our behalf: hosting providers with servers in Latin America and the European Union, and Google Ireland Limited as controller of Google Ads / Google tag (identifier AW-18064110603), subject to Google Consent Mode v2.

You are entitled to request access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability and limitation of processing, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@capveraqm.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document that verifies your identity. We will reply within a maximum of 15 working days.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, access controls over the enquiry database, periodic audits and data minimisation. No system is infallible; in the event of a relevant incident we will communicate it following the applicable timelines and protocols.

The site is intended for adult readers interested in the real estate sector. We do not knowingly request data from minors under the age of 14. If we detect that we have received a minor’s data without authorisation, we will delete it.
